Refund Policy
Grants are voluntary and generally final, but there are situations where we will refund.
Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged twice or charged for a payment that did not complete, contact us and we will refund in full.
Fraudulent wishes
If a wish is found to be fraudulent before payout, all grants toward it are refunded to the Genies.
Changed your mind
Refund requests within 24 hours of granting, and before payout, are reviewed case by case.
After payout
Once funds have been released to a wisher, a refund is no longer possible through the platform.
Timelines
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and typically settle within 5 to 10 business days.
